The position will hold an ultimate role as Account Manager for Indonesia where the person will be reporting directly to Head of Sales & Marketing.

Responsibilities
  • Accountable for meeting sales targets set business units and providing timely reports on achievements (Monthly, Quarterly, and Annually)
  • Plan and implement account management strategy, with contingency plans to identify, prioritize and meet the needs of targeted customer’s project requirements.
  • Develop plans on how to maintain strong customer relationships, with an end-in-mind to establish long-term business relationships
  • Understand customer needs, business trends, organization structure, and strategy to provide utmost consultation advice, guidance, and suggestions
  • Up-to-date with network market trends and awareness of competition
  • Able to strategize and provide commercial and technical feedback to customers
  • Update and maintain the database with sales data, pipeline, and administrative marketing details
  • Work closely with customers to provide optimal solutions
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or any relevant field
  • Min. 4-5 years experience in Sales, preferably in data center & network infrastructure industry.
  • Experience in engaging and presenting to C-level customers
  • Good interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
  • Critical thinker and problem‑solving skills
  • Language: English and Bahasa Indonesia proficiency is a must
