Responsibilities
Supervise, monitor, and lead the field collection team in conducting motorbike recovery (asset repossession) from customers with overdue installments.
Ensure all collection and repossession activities are carried out in compliance with regulations.
Actively participate in field collection, including direct negotiation and repossession when required.
Develop and implement effective strategies to improve collection success rates.
Maintain accurate reporting and documentation of collection activities, repossessed units, and team performance.
Provide coaching, training, and mentoring to field collectors to ensure professionalism, persistence, and compliance.
-Build and maintain good communication with local authorities, leasing partners, and external collection vendors when necessary.
Conduct regular risk assessments, route planning, and ensure the safety of the team during collection operations.
Manage disputes and resolve conflicts with debtors in a professional but firm manner.
Report daily/weekly/monthly progress to management.
Qualification
-Bachelor's degree in any field.
-Minimum 5 years of experience in debt collection, repossession, or asset recovery (preferably in financing/leasing companies)
-Proven track record in motorbike collection/recovery management.
-Strong leadership and people management skills.
-Good command of English (oral & written) for communication and reporting.
-Solid understanding of Indonesian laws and regulations related to asset collection, debt recovery, and consumer protection.
-Excellent negotiation, conflict resolution, and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure, with high mobility and willingness to travel extensively for field operations.
Physically fit and mentally resilient to handle challenging situations in the field.
Familiarity with reporting tools, Excel, and collection systems is an advantage.
Possess a valid SIM C/A and willing to work extended hours when required.
