What you will do :
- Develop and maintain strong business relationships with key accounts (NKA & LKA).
- Create and execute account sales plans to achieve sales targets, including trading terms and promotional plans.
- Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure effective sales execution, promotional activities, product forecasting, and service level maintenance.
- Track and report sell-out data, promotional budgets, stock levels, and product returns.
- Lead negotiations to secure long-term partnerships, including trading terms, display agreements, and listing fees.
- Expand business opportunities through festive campaigns, cross-selling initiatives, and consumer promotions.
We are looking for you who :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in Key Account Management, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Strong understanding of modern and local trade channels (NKA & LKA).
- Excellent negotiation and proven ability to create and execute sales and promotional plans.
- Strong analytical skills to manage forecasting, stock, and promotional budgets.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with sales tracking/reporting tools.
