Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Banking Customer Service representative located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The representative will handle day-to-day customer inquiries, provide support and assistance, ensure customer satisfaction, maintain excellent phone etiquette, and enhance the overall customer experience.
Qualifications
- Banking experiences is a must
- Understand the banking products
- Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Strong Phone Etiquette and Customer Experience skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Diploma's degree in a relevant field is preferred
