Role Description
This is a full-time position for the Head Farm role at MBU Group. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily farm operations, managing staff, ensuring optimal chicken production, and maintaining facilities. The Head Farm will also be responsible for implementing best practices, monitoring production, and ensuring the highest quality standards are met. This is an on-site role located in Bandung.
Qualifications
- Experience in farm management and staff supervision
- Knowledge of poultry production, farming best practices, and agricultural standards
- Proficiency in utilizing technology for monitoring and managing production
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage a team effectively
- Relevant qualifications in Agriculture, Animal Science, or related fields are beneficial
