About the Role

People Operations is responsible for managing day-to-day HR operational processes to ensure a smooth and transparent employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle. This role emphasizes integrity and honesty in handling employee data, empathy in supporting employee needs, and agility in adapting HR processes to align with evolving business requirements. Core responsibilities include HR administration, employee data management, payroll support, and compliance, while also assisting in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities):

  • Handle HR administrative tasks including employee records, contracts, and documentation with accuracy and integrity.
  • Manage and update employee data in HRIS to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and transparency.
  • Support payroll preparation by providing validated attendance, overtime, and benefits data with honesty and accountability.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and audit requirements, acting with integrity in every process.
  • Assist in employee onboarding and offboarding processes with empathy, ensuring a supportive and positive employee experience.
  • Respond to employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures with empathy and a service-oriented mindset.
  • Support HR reporting and provide reliable data for decision-making and management reviews with agility to meet business needs.

What Capabilities You'll Need (Requirements):

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Administration, or similar functions.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing employee data and documentation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace; experience with HR systems is a plus.
  • High level of integrity and honesty in handling confidential information.
  • Empathy and strong interpersonal skills to support and engage employees effectively.
  • Agility and adaptability in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
