Responsibilities
- Achieve 100% of distributor Sell In and align Sell Out with targets.
- Expand market presence by growing existing partnerships and entering new geographical areas.
- Drive customer acquisition, manage fleet data, and execute initiatives such as training programs and roadshows.
- Ensure distributor satisfaction and strengthen partnerships through effective relationship management and cross-functional collaboration.
Requirement:
- 8–12 years of sales experience
, including
3–5 years in a managerial
role in the
Automotive industry
. - Proven record in channel/distributor sales and people management.
- Strong knowledge of regional markets and consumer behavior.
- Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing/Engineering (MBA preferred).
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- High customer orientation with strong business acumen.
- Willingness to travel
extensively. - Domicile in Jakarta
