Responsibilities

  • Achieve 100% of distributor Sell In and align Sell Out with targets.
  • Expand market presence by growing existing partnerships and entering new geographical areas.
  • Drive customer acquisition, manage fleet data, and execute initiatives such as training programs and roadshows.
  • Ensure distributor satisfaction and strengthen partnerships through effective relationship management and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirement:

  • 8–12 years of sales experience
    , including
    3–5 years in a managerial
    role in the
    Automotive industry
    .
  • Proven record in channel/distributor sales and people management.
  • Strong knowledge of regional markets and consumer behavior.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing/Engineering (MBA preferred).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • High customer orientation with strong business acumen.
  • Willingness to travel
    extensively.
  • Domicile in Jakarta
