Role Description

  • Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities within the High Voltage product line by analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects through networking, site visits, and relationship building with key decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to execute strategies that drive brand awareness and market penetration.
  • Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring revenue targets and profitability goals are consistently met or exceeded.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling technical presentations, proposals, and quotations that clearly communicate value propositions.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions to secure mutually beneficial agreements while maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Provide hands-on technical support, including troubleshooting, commissioning, and system integration, to ensure successful deployment of solutions.
  • Deliver on-site and remote training sessions for customers and internal teams to enhance product knowledge and operational efficiency.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by offering expert guidance on product applications, maintenance best practices, and performance optimization.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams—including engineering, service, and logistics—to ensure seamless project execution and timely delivery.
  • Share market intelligence and customer feedback with internal stakeholders to support continuous improvement and product development.
  • Contribute to a positive team culture by supporting colleagues, sharing expertise, and aligning efforts to achieve common goals.

Requirement

  • Minimum bachelor's degree in electrical engineering
  • Certification in High Voltage / General Electrical Engineering is an advantage
  • Previous experience as HV Electrical Technician or Engineering in underground mining / tunnelling is highly preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
  • Good command in English is a requirement
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Understanding of Quality, OHS, and Environment Management System implementation is a major advantage
  • Strongly adhered to all relevant Occupational Health and Safety, and Environment standard
