Operational Manager – Padel (Jakarta Selatan)

About the Role

Declan Padel Club, part of Declan Kulinari Nusantara, is looking for an experienced and passionate
Operational Manager
to lead our padel venue operations in South Jakarta. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth daily activities, excellent service quality, and a great customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily padel court operations, including booking, facilities, staff, and customer service.
  • Manage scheduling, cash reports, and facility maintenance to ensure smooth operations.
  • Coordinate with the central management team to align operational standards and reporting.
  • Arrange and monitor staff work schedules and shifts.
  • Ensure all facilities are well-maintained, safe, and meet service standards.
  • Handle customer feedback and maintain service excellence.
  • Prepare operational reports and provide recommendations for process improvements.
  • Monitor performance metrics to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Hospitality, Sport Management, or related fields.
  • 2–3 years of experience in sports operations, gym management, or F&B operations.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and customer service orientation.
  • Basic knowledge of financial reporting and budgeting.
  • Willing to work on shifts and weekends (rotational schedule).
