Graphic Design Training Specialist
to design, manage, and deliver the essential training programs that transform great remote talent into **best-in-class Visual Design Virtual Assistants (VAs)**.

This role is for the creative master who can teach. You will **own the curriculum** for visual and graphic design excellence, ensuring our VAs are client-ready experts in creating on-brand assets for E-commerce channels.

Your Strategic Impact: Curriculum Ownership and Design Delivery

You will be the architect of our graphic design training pipeline, directly influencing the quality and scalability of our talent pool.

  • Instructional Design & Strategy: Conceptualize, design, and continuously update all training materials (modules, decks, hands-on projects) focused on advanced **graphic design and visual communication skills** to reflect current E-commerce trends and client branding needs.
  • Software Mastery Programs: Build and facilitate advanced, hands-on workshops in core design tools, specifically focusing on **Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)** and rapid-prototyping tools like **Canva**.
  • Design Onboarding & Assessment: Lead the training and practical assessment for all new graphic design hires, ensuring 100% preparedness for creating client-facing assets (e.g., social media ads, website banners, email graphics) and setting the benchmark for quality performance.
  • Performance Coaching: Conduct targeted 1:1 and group coaching on design theory, layout, color palette use, and typography to diagnose skill gaps and mentor VAs toward specialization.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner directly with the Operations and Client Success Teams to identify and close critical graphic design skills gaps that impact client satisfaction and on-brand service delivery.

What You Bring: The Expert Combination

We are seeking a rare blend of professional graphic designer and expert corporate trainer.

  • Graphic Design Expertise: 3+ years of hands-on, professional experience in graphic design, visual communication, or creative asset creation for digital marketing/E-commerce. **A portfolio showcasing your design skills is required.**
  • Training Expertise: 2+ years of formal experience in Learning & Development, instructional design, or virtual training delivery.
  • Tool Mastery: Expert proficiency in **Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva** is essential. Familiarity with video editing tools is a plus.
  • Communication: Exceptional virtual presentation and facilitation skills; ability to simplify complex design principles (typography, composition, color theory) into clear, actionable learning paths.
  • VA/Remote Context: Previous experience training talent in a remote/BPO environment is highly desirable.
