  • Conducting training needs analyses to identify skill gaps and development opportunities (TNA)
  • Training Program Design & Planning: Develop curriculum, modules, and training methods (classroom, e-learning, blended learning). Build learning journeys tailored to different employee levels (staff, supervisor, manager)
  • Implementation & Facilitation:Organize and deliver internal and external training programs. Act as facilitator, trainer, or moderator when required. Manage training vendors and ensure program quality
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of training programmes and continuously improving them based on feedback.
  • Collaborating with the HR team to align learning and development initiatives with the company's overall strategic objectives.
  • Promoting a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture by facilitating team-building activities and change management initiatives.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in the field of learning and development.
  • Assisting in knowledge sharing, documentation, and continuous improvement processes.
