Job Description:
Qualifications:
- Plan and execute creative projects, such as product photoshoots and video shoots for TikTok and other social media platforms
- Identify key selling points of products to drive more traffic and exposure
- Responsible for capturing high-quality product photos/videos, editing, and publishing the content
- Develop and manage a structured content plan aligned with marketing strategies
- Conduct performance evaluation and content analysis using analytical tools (e.g., TikTok Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.)
- Work towards achieving targets in terms of views, conversions, engagement rate, and follower growth
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in content creation, especially in product marketing through social media
- Skilled in using content creation tools (photography, videography, editing, and copywriting)
- Strong analytical skills in evaluating content performance (traffic, engagement, exposure) using tools such as TikTok Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or similar platforms
- Proven experience in developing and managing content plans for various social media platforms in a strategic and organized manner
- Up-to-date with current social media trends and able to apply them effectively to improve account performance
- Demonstrates leadership qualities and able to manage a team and coordinate across departments
- Comfortable working with performance-based targets, including views, conversions, and follower growth
