About the Role:

We're hiring an HR Lead for a fast-growing consumer tech company in Southeast Asia. This is a critical leadership role responsible for building and driving the HR strategy across all people functions, business partnering, talent acquisition, performance management, culture, and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end HR function, including talent acquisition, HR operations, and business partnering.
  • Design and implement HR policies, frameworks, and people practices aligned with business goals.
  • Partner closely with leadership on org design, capability building, and change management.
  • Drive performance management, learning & development, and succession planning initiatives.
  • Foster a culture of ownership, agility, and inclusion across teams.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the leadership team on people strategy and employee engagement.

What We're Looking For:

  • 6–12 years of HR experience, preferably in consumer tech, internet, or high-growth startups.
  • Proven ability to scale HR processes and teams in dynamic environments.
  • Strong understanding of local HR laws and cultural nuances in Indonesia.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
