Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Education, Educational Technology, Psychology, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in learning design and development (online, blended, or face-to-face).
- Proficient in Instructional Design principles (ADDIE, Bloom's Taxonomy, etc.).
- Skilled in creating structured and engaging learning modules tailored to audience needs.
- Able to develop interactive learning content using e-learning tools (Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Canva, etc.).
- Knowledgeable in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and their administration.
- Proficient in conducting Training Needs Analysis and evaluating training effectiveness.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and able to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication, writing, and storytelling skills.
- Graphic design or video editing skills are a plus.
- Able to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
