About the role

PT Bukit Muria Jaya Estate is seeking a talented Sales (Real Estate / Property Specialist) to join our dynamic team in Karawang, West Java. This is a position that will allow you to leverage your passion for the residential property market and make a real impact on our growing business.

Responsibilities :

  • Actively engage with potential buyers to understand their property requirements and identify suitable options within our portfolio
  • Guide clients through the entire sales process, from initial viewings to contract negotiations and closing
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the local real estate market, including pricing trends and competitor activity
  • Collaborate with the broader team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies
  • Provide exceptional customer service to build long-lasting relationships with our clients
  • Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
  • Stay up to date with market trends, competitor products, and pricing strategies.

Qualifications :

  • Proven track record of success in residential real estate sales, preferably within the West Java market
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients
  • Strong negotiation capabilities and a keen eye for detail
  • At least 2 years of proven experience in real estate/property sales (primary or secondary market).
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a drive to continuously improve your skills and achieve results
  • Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and legal requirements
