Qualifications:
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a QA Tester or similar role.
- Experience in automation testing using Katalon Studio (web and/or mobile).
Technical Skills
- Ability to create and maintain test cases and test scenarios based on requirements.
- Good understanding of software testing processes (functional, regression, and exploratory testing).
- Familiar with API testing using Postman or similar tools.
- Basic knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.) is a plus.
- Experience using bug tracking tools such as Jira, ClickUp, or Trello.
Soft Skills
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Able to work under deadlines and deliver high-quality testing results.
- English proficiency

Key Responsibilities
- Create test cases, test scenarios, and test documentation based on business requirements.
- Execute manual and automated tests to ensure product functionality and stability.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts using Katalon Studio.
- Identify and report bugs clearly and verify fixes.
- Work closely with the development and product teams to ensure quality across releases.
- Provide test result reports and recommendations for improvement.
