Qualifications

Min. bachelor’s degree in Psychology or Management.

Min. 5 years of experience in a related HR field.

Fluent in English, both oral and written.

Strong knowledge of end-to-end HR process with deep understanding in recruitment & selection, organizational development, and training management.

Working knowledge of compensation & benefits, Indonesian labour law, and QHSE Management Systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001).

Exposure to TMSA will be an advantage.

Excellent administration, presentation, and computer skills (MS Office).

Responsibilities
  • Managing the annual manpower planning (MPP), training need analysis (TNA), and related budgets (ATPB) and reports.
  • Overseeing recruitment and selection process, including internship program.
  • Coordinating and monitoring training activities, budgets, and documentation.
  • Managing organizational development aspects, including but not limited to workload analysis, job descriptions, competency and training matrix, and organization structures updates.
  • Managing the probation and promotion processes as part of employee development.
  • Managing the implementation of annual performance appraisal.
  • Ensuring HR policies and procedures are up-to-date and aligned with the company needs.
  • Maintaining compliance with Indonesian labour regulations.
  • Keeping the employee database and HR dashboard current.
  • Following up audit findings and ensure all HR documents are properly maintained.
  • Handling the employee offboarding process and providing employee relations support when needed.
  • Maintaining relationships with external partners such as training providers, healthcare providers, schools, etc.
  • Supervising the employee benefit programs such as allowances, health insurance, medical checkups, and welfare activities.
  • Providing support for company projects and programs.
