Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CA) are an advantage
- Minimum 4–5 years of accounting experience in a supervisory role
- Proficient in English (conversation and written)
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SAP)
- Strong Excel skills and familiarity with ERP systems
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Strong communication skills to liaise with internal teams, auditors, and external parties
- High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively
Job description
- Prepare and maintain chart of accounts
- Ensure accurate month-end and year-end closing, also reconciliation
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards (IFRS, PSAK, etc)
- Assist in group consolidation reporting and intercompany transaction matching
- Support audit process and provide necessary documentation to auditors
- Liaise with treasury and tax teams for company transactions
