As an Account & Customer Relationship Manager at Nokia, you will drive sales and develop profitable relationships with key customers within the Mobile Networks portfolio. Your role involves identifying business opportunities, influencing strategic decisions, and collaborating across teams to create innovative solutions. You'll engage with senior executives, contribute to pricing strategies and contract negotiations, and enhance customer interactions to sustain Nokia's competitive edge. With a significant sales target, you will leverage your industry knowledge and analytical skills to deliver substantial value and foster long-term partnerships that support Nokia's growth objectives.
How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn
- Identify and develop significant business opportunities aligned with customer needs and Nokia's portfolio.
- Accountable for customer across the Mobile Networks portfolio, carrying a significant sales target.
- Build long-term relationships with senior executives to contribute to corporate goals.
- Drive sales and develop innovative offers that deliver value to customers and Nokia.
- Participate in pricing strategy and contract negotiations for mid-term business impact.
- Contribute to improvements in products, processes, and services to maintain competitive advantage.
- Influences strategic decisions within own defined scope (portfolio, customer) that affect the performance of the entire Market Unit.
- Solves highly complex or novel problems based on sophisticated analytical thought and complex judgment and develops unique sales approaches that differentiate our offering.Collaborate with other business groups to align on customer strategies and relationship development.
- Proactively collaborate with other Business Group Customer Teams and coordinate with the lead Business Group AM for customer strategy and strategic relationship development.
Key Skills And Experience
Must-Have:
- 10+ years of experience in sales or account management within the telecommunications industry
- Proven track record of managing and growing relationships with senior executives
- Strong analytical skills to interpret business data and identify opportunities
- Experience in pricing strategy and contract negotiations
- Ability to develop competitive offers that create significant value for customers
Nice-To-Have:
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration across business groups
- Knowledge of emerging technologies and trends in the mobile networks sector
- Advanced degree in business or a related field
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools
- Proficiency in multiple languages
