Our Company as Distributor from one of the Top 10 Global Fragrance House looking for passionate young talent in fragrance industry

Office location : Pegangsaan Dua- Kelapa Gading (Jakarta Utara)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and maintain sustainable relationships with internal and external customers
  • leading & guide 1 junior sales executive
  • Prepare account plan and report relevant market information
  • Achieve profitable sales growth with the customer
  • Monitor market development in terms of competitors, products, and trends
  • Presentations to customer
  • Arranging customer visits/workshops
  • Keeping the customer up to date at all times
  • Responsible for the project pipeline and the accurate and timely use and maintenance of all information entered the project management system
  • Develop account plans for the most important accounts

Job Requirements

  • You have a Bachelor's degree , Industrial Engineering/ Chemical Engineering/ Business Management
  • Preferable minimum 2 years' experience in sales, sales service, product development, or marketing in Fragrance B2B Industry,
  • Olfactive knowledge and skills
  • Passion in fragrance with strong interests in product development, consumers, and market understanding
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
