Office location : Pegangsaan Dua- Kelapa Gading (Jakarta Utara)
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and maintain sustainable relationships with internal and external customers
- leading & guide 1 junior sales executive
- Prepare account plan and report relevant market information
- Achieve profitable sales growth with the customer
- Monitor market development in terms of competitors, products, and trends
- Presentations to customer
- Arranging customer visits/workshops
- Keeping the customer up to date at all times
- Responsible for the project pipeline and the accurate and timely use and maintenance of all information entered the project management system
- Develop account plans for the most important accounts
Job Requirements
- You have a Bachelor's degree , Industrial Engineering/ Chemical Engineering/ Business Management
- Preferable minimum 2 years' experience in sales, sales service, product development, or marketing in Fragrance B2B Industry,
- Olfactive knowledge and skills
- Passion in fragrance with strong interests in product development, consumers, and market understanding
- Strong negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
