Finance Accounting Tax Supervisor (Mandarin Speaker)

Job Description:

• Coordinate and manage the company's tax compliance operations, and set up financial management processes in line with business needs and compliance requirements.
• Lead the finance team in establishing a comprehensive financial management process aligned with the company's financial system and Indonesian tax regulations.
• Coordinate financial and tax matters with the tax office and government auditors.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Financial Management, with minimum 8 years of experience in finance (strong in finance).
• Proven experience in establishing systematic financial and tax compliance processes, preferably in retail financial management.
• Proficient in office software such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• (Mandatory) 8–10 years of experience in finance management.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines, both in a team and independently.
• Strong communication, coordination, and language skills, with flexible thinking and rigorous work ethic.
• Able to communicate daily in Chinese.
