Job Descriptions

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
  • Create and curate high-quality, engaging, and brand-aligned content (text, images, videos, stories, reels, etc.) for various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, etc.).
  • Making content to be posted in the social media, including visual design making and video editing
  • Schedule, publish, and monitor content consistently to ensure maximum visibility and audience engagement.
  • Analyze social media performance using analytics tools, prepare regular reports, and provide actionable insights to improve reach and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with brand strategy and business goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, tools, and best practices.
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) including budgeting, targeting, and performance analysis.
  • Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Ensure brand consistency in tone, messaging, and visuals across all digital platforms.
  • Interact with all centers' PIC anything related to social media, ads, budgeting and design.

Job Requirements

  • Minimal S1/D3 di bidang Komunikasi, Marketing, Public Relations, Jurnalistik, atau bidang terkait
  • Fresh graduate diperbolehkan melamar bila punya portfolio atau pengalaman magang/relevan.
  • Pengalaman mengelola akun media sosial brand minimal 1–2 tahun
  • Terbiasa membuat dan menjalankan content plan dan campaign.
  • Pengalaman melakukan kolaborasi dengan influencer atau mengatur paid ads (nilai tambah).
  • Menguasai platform utama: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X (Twitter).
  • Memahami algoritma & tren media sosial terbaru.
  • Bisa membuat konten (caption, ide, storytelling) yang engaging.
  • Menguasai dasar desain (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator) → nilai tambah.
  • Dasar video editing (CapCut, Premiere, After Effects) → nilai tambah.
  • Mampu membaca dan membuat laporan analitik: reach, engagement, CTR, growth.
  • Paham dasar ads (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads) → bonus poin.
