Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Perform installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve user problems to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including network connectivity and system performance.
- Ensure data security, perform backups, and support system updates.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Experience in IT Support or Technical Support is preferred.
- Good understanding of Windows OS, networking, and office applications.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Willing to work under pressure and handle multiple support requests.
