Recruitment Officer is responsible for executing end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting and candidate screening to interviews and job offers. This role also manages the candidate database and prepares recruitment reports. Additionally, the Recruitment Officer builds relationships with external institutions such as universities and job fair organizers to support the company’s hiring strategy.
Key Responsibilities:- Execute full-cycle recruitment: job posting, administrative screening, initial interviews, testing, and hiring
- Manage and update the candidate database
- Prepare and submit recruitment reports
- Build and maintain relationships with external parties (universities, job fairs, etc.)
- Perform other duties as assigned by the direct supervisor
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment (especially in massive hiring)
- Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiar with digital recruitment platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Jobstreet, Kalibrr, or similar)
- Results‑oriented with strong analytical skills
- Willing to travel for business purposes
