- Meet targets in SVPC (9 Sales Visits and 6 Phone Calls per week) and qualitative targets monitored in Analytics dashboard.
- Promote CMA CGM Group services and non-maritime products including e-commerce solutions, value-added services (VAS), intermodal logistics, and CEVA Logistics offerings.
- Handle daily communication with customers and principals through email, phone calls, and other channels.
- Identify market opportunities and drive the growth of export, import, and cross-trade business in alignment with company strategies and targets.
- Retain and develop existing customers while actively prospecting and acquiring new clients (hunting accounts).
- Update commercial data and customer feedback in NOVA (e.g., Opportunities, Leads, Contacts).
- Prepare and submit visit reports and cargo leads to the immediate supervisor.
- Identify and engage with key decision-makers within targeted leads to initiate the sales process
