PT Linyang Energy Cemerlang is a newly established subsidiary of Linyang Group, a global leader in smart metering and clean energy solutions, headquartered in China. As part of our expansion into Southeast Asia, we are building our first factory in Indonesia to support local production and localization of electricity meter systems.
We are looking for a Purchasing Specialist to join our founding team in Indonesia. This role is critical in supporting purchasing activities, developing procurement SOPs, and coordinating with our HQ team in China. Key Responsibilities- Handle daily purchasing operations for non-fixed assets, consumables, and local materials in support of factory operations and project needs.
- Coordinate with the China HQ purchasing team for imported materials and machine spare parts.
- Support the creation and implementation of Purchasing SOPs and business process workflows aligned with Indonesia operations.
- Source and evaluate local suppliers/vendors, especially for materials required to meet TKDN and PLN project standards.
- Process purchase requests, prepare purchase orders, and track delivery schedules.
- Maintain accurate purchasing documentation and ensure proper filing and reporting.
- Support cross-functional coordination between warehouse, engineering, finance, and project departments.
- Assist the COO or other appointed management with other procurement-related administrative tasks.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in purchasing, procurement, or sourcing — experience in a manufacturing or electronics factory is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of local supplier management, purchasing documentation, and administrative coordination.
- Proficient in English (required for communication with China HQ); Mandarin is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or OA systems) is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable working across time zones (Indonesia–China) and in a multicultural environment.
- Willing to be placed at our factory in Sepatan, Tangerang.
- Able to join as soon as possible.
