Join AECA as a Regional QC Inspector (Vietnam / Indonesia)
AECA is looking for experienced Quality Control Inspectors based in Vietnam(Hanoi) or Indonesia(Jakarta) to join our expanding Southeast Asia supplier quality team.
You'll play a key role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards before shipment — working directly with supplier factories and reporting to our Managing Director in Thailand.
Responsibilities:
Perform final product inspections at supplier sites before shipment, according to AECA's inspection checklist and product specifications.
Review approved samples and inspect bulk goods to ensure conformance with approved standards.
Coordinate with AECA on assigned product tasks, including supplier contact, shipment timelines, and inspection deadlines.
Monitor production progress and report any potential quality issues or delays observed during site visits.
Prepare detailed English inspection reports with photos, data, and recommendations.
Ensure compliance with quality criteria, including appearance, dimensions, packaging, labeling, and marking.
Communicate effectively with the AECA Thailand team for follow-up actions.
Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or relevant technical field preferred.
At least 3 years of QC inspection experience — ideally in metal, plastic, or mechanical
assemblies.
Skilled in using measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.).
Knowledge of QC procedures and standards (f
amiliar with
ISO 9001
processes
is a plus).
Fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing) is essential for reporting and coordination.
Able to travel to local suppliers independently and manage your own inspection schedule.
Detail-oriented, reliable, and self-motivated — with a strong sense of responsibility.
