Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in managing Shopee Ads, TikTok Ads, Meta Ads and CPAS.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proven ability to optimize ROI.
- Experience in integrating advertising campaigns with CRM strategies (WhatsApp, email, remarketing).
- Familiarity with landing page management and conversion optimization.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in campaign tracking and performance analysis.
- Strong collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams (Creative, KOL, Customer Service).
- Passion and understanding of pets, especially cats, is a must.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, set up, and optimize campaigns across Shopee Ads, TikTok Ads, Meta Ads, and CPAS.
- Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audience targeting, and bidding strategies.
- Manage and optimize landing pages with design and web development teams.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with KOL, Affiliate, and Content teams for integrated campaigns.
- Prepare regular reports and recommend strategies for improvement.
- Adjust campaigns based on seasonal pet care needs and consumer behavior.
- Develop strategies to integrate advertising campaigns with CRM and customer database (e.g., WhatsApp, email, remarketing).
- Work closely with the Customer Service team to ensure proper execution of CRM strategies, while focusing on advertising and performance optimization.
