As a Sales Engineer, you will play a crucial role in understanding the unique needs of our clients and delivering tailored solutions.

Responsibilities :

  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with end users to understand their requirements, preferences, and challenges.
  • Sales Process: Guide clients through the sales process, from initial contact to post-sale support. Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and pricing. Also, prepare and conduct product presentations to pontetial customers.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services. Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to provide informed recommendations.
  • Solution Selling: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling based on client needs. Recommend solutions that best meet the customer's objectives.
  • After-sales Service: Provide after-sales service to customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum High School Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electronics, Mechanical, Informatics) or related discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in technical sales or Sales Engineer, preferably in the end user sector of Manufacturing Industry.
  • Strong knowledge of products and technologies relevant to Digitalization and Industrial Automation or relate
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, problem-solving and negotiating skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
