Perform installation and configuration of medical devices at customer sites.
Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance according to the established schedule.
Conduct troubleshooting of technical issues and provide effective solutions.
Prepare accurate and timely technical service reports.
Provide basic user training related to device operation and maintenance.
Maintain good communication and relationships with customers to ensure after-sales satisfaction.
Willing to be based in Cikarang and travel to customer sites when required.
