HR Project Lead is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing strategic HR initiatives and projects. This role ensures that all HR-related projects are implemented effectively, on time, and aligned with organizational goals and standards.

You will lead project teams, coordinate with cross-functional departments, and provide strategic direction to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage end-to-end HR projects.
  • Collaborate with various departments to achieve project objectives.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure all deliverables are completed according to the set timeline and standards.
  • Provide guidance and direction to project teams to ensure strong collaboration and effective execution.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in HR project management or HR operational roles.
  • Proven ability to plan, manage, and deliver HR projects independently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Willing to travel for business purposes.
