Profile
- Education: Bachelor in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years in banking, payments, or related industry.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAS, R, Python, SQL, Hadoop ecosystem; strong knowledge of statistical techniques (e.g., Neural Networks, Gradient Boosting, Decision Trees).
- Leadership: Proven ability to manage multiple analytics projects and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Communication: Excellent presentation, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
