Key Responsibilities:
- CX Solution Implementation: Translate business needs and UX/CX designs into technical specifications and implement solutions on CX platforms (e.g., CRM, marketing automation platforms, live chat, or help center).
- System Integration: Manage and implement integrations between the CX platform and other company backend systems (such as core systems, ERP, or databases) using APIs or other connectors.
- Front-End Development: Work on customer-facing front-end components (e.g., self-service widgets, dedicated pages, or UI/UX adjustments) to ensure optimal performance and experience.
- Testing & Quality: Conduct functional and performance testing (including A/B testing) on new features and verify the technical quality of CX solutions before market launch.
- Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Provide advanced technical support, perform root cause analysis for CX-related incidents, and implement rapid fixes.
- Documentation: Create and maintain clear technical documentation for system configuration, integration architecture, and operational processes.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Informatics Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of [X] years of working experience as a Software Engineer, Front-End Developer, Integration Engineer, or a similar role with a strong focus on customer experience.
- Strong technical experience with at least one leading CX/CRM platform (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk, HubSpot, Pipedrive, or in-house solutions).
- Proficiency in front-end programming languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and related frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, or Angular) is a plus.
- Good understanding of system architecture (Microservices, RESTful API, and system integration).
- Able to troubleshoot complex technical issues and possess strong analytical thinking.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of collaborating with non-technical teams (Design, Product, Business, and Customer Operations).
Additional Qualifications (Plus Points):
- Experience with CX analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar, or Pendo).
- Understanding of UX/UI design principles.
- Familiarity with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) processes and version control (Git).
