Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree from any major; graduates from reputable universities with a minimum GPA of 3.00 are preferred.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written) is a must.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
  • Able to demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge during client interactions.
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in B2B sales; candidates with relevant B2C sales experience will also be considered.
  • Proven track record of over‑achieving sales targets.
  • Familiarity and proficiency with CRM systems.
  • Possess a valid SIM A driving license.
  • Willing to be placed in Cikarang, West Java.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Engineering (Chemical, Industrial), Chemistry, Management, or Business
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B Sales
  • Prior experience in flexible packaging industry is highly valued
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • IT savvy and adaptable to digital tools
  • Willing to be placed in Cikarang (Bekasi)
