Job Description :

  • Create standard and integrate all CXC operations manual and implementation
  • Responsible to monitor and report all CXC Operations
  • Coordinate with regional marketing teams and other stakeholders
  • Manage talent recruitment and training for hospitality and standardized grooming and demeanor for all CXC
  • Manage standar for furniture in CXC and show units (when applicable)

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint are mandatory).
  • Familiar with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini).
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
  • Willing to travel as required.
  • Basic knowledge of finance, particularly in calculating operational expenses.
  • Placement in Karawaci & Purwakarta.
