SUPPLY CHAIN EXECUTIVE (Retail F&B)
Responsibilities:
1. Procurement & Purchase Order Management
- Prepare, issue, and monitor Purchase Orders (POs) for ingredients, packaging, and store supplies.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely order confirmation, production, and dispatch.
- Track deliveries and follow up on outstanding orders or discrepancies.
- Work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely invoice verification and payments.
2. Logistics & Distribution Coordination
- Plan and arrange delivery schedules from suppliers to warehouses and stores.
- Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure on-time and cost-efficient transportation.
- Communicate with store and area managers to plan deliveries and resolve any supply or delivery issues.
- Maintain proper records of shipments, delivery notes, and logistics documents.
3. Inventory Planning & Stock Management
- Monitor and analyze inventory levels at the warehouse and ensure adequate stock to support store demand.
- Work with the operations team to forecast ingredient and packaging needs based on sales and promotions.
- Identify potential shortages or excess stock and plan corrective actions.
- Conduct periodic stock reviews to ensure accuracy between physical and system inventory.
4. Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities for cost savings or efficiency improvements.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain reliability and service quality.
Require Skills:
a. Must possess a Bachelor Degree in related field.
b. Minimum 2–4 years of experience in supply chain or logistics (preferably in retail F&B industry)
c. Proficient in Microsoft Office application, in particular with Microsoft Excel
d. Strong in Problem solving skills
e. Good interpersonal & communication skill

g. Ability to work independently and in a team
h. Ability to multi-task and be highly organized.
