Job Responsibility
- Supervise and motivate sales teams to achieve coverage, distribution, and sales targets.
- Ensure proper execution of merchandising, pricing, and promotional activities in stores.
- Conduct regular store visits to evaluate execution and identify improvement areas.
- Provide coaching and training to sales representatives on sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Collaborate with operations and logistics to ensure product availability at store level.
- Monitor daily sales performance and provide actionable feedback to the team.
- Prepare reports and analyze field data to track progress and identify gaps.
- Support implementation of route optimization and territory management plans.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and execution standards in the field.
Build and maintain strong relationships with store owners and staff to support collaboration.
3–5 years of experience in sales, field execution, or trade marketing, preferably in FMCG/e-commerce/general trade.
- Proven experience leading or supervising a sales team.
- Strong knowledge of general trade dynamics, merchandising, and retail execution.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
- Willingness to work in the field and travel across assigned locations.
