Job Responsibility

  • Supervise and motivate sales teams to achieve coverage, distribution, and sales targets.
  • Ensure proper execution of merchandising, pricing, and promotional activities in stores.
  • Conduct regular store visits to evaluate execution and identify improvement areas.
  • Provide coaching and training to sales representatives on sales techniques and product knowledge.
  • Collaborate with operations and logistics to ensure product availability at store level.
  • Monitor daily sales performance and provide actionable feedback to the team.
  • Prepare reports and analyze field data to track progress and identify gaps.
  • Support implementation of route optimization and territory management plans.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and execution standards in the field.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with store owners and staff to support collaboration.

  • 3–5 years of experience in sales, field execution, or trade marketing, preferably in FMCG/e-commerce/general trade.

  • Proven experience leading or supervising a sales team.
  • Strong knowledge of general trade dynamics, merchandising, and retail execution.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
  • Willingness to work in the field and travel across assigned locations.
