Job Descriptions:
- Actively source candidates through various channels, including social media platforms.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to screen resumes and shortlist candidates.
- Conduct pre-screening calls and interviews to assess applicant qualifications.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates.

- Assist the People team with ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Final year student or recent graduate with a degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
- Prior experience in recruitment is preferred but not required.
- Strong understanding of interview techniques and applicant screening methods.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in English.
