  • We are a fast-growing Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) helping SMB customers in Indonesia accelerate their digital transformation through Microsoft 365, Azure, Power Platform, and software licensing solutions.
  • As our Sales Team Lead , you’ll lead and coach a team Account Executives of services and licensing while also managing your own sales portfolio. This is a hands‑on leadership role — perfect for someone who enjoys both closing deals and developing people. You’ll guide the team to achieve sales and gross margin targets , run pipeline reviews, and collaborate closely with our pre‑sales and technical teams to deliver great solutions for clients.
  • We’re looking for a player‑coach with 5–7 years of B2B IT sales experience , including at least 2 years in supervisory position, ideally in a Microsoft Partner or IT solutions environment . Strong commercial acumen, familiarity with Microsoft 365/Azure, and the ability to motivate a team in a dynamic, informal culture are key. Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and good English communication are important for this role.
