  • Enterprise Architecture Design & Governance: Develop and maintain a unified enterprise architecture blueprint that integrates applications, infrastructure, data, and security layers.
  • Enterprise Architecture Design & Governance: Establish architecture standards, frameworks, and documentation to ensure consistency, scalability, and alignment across all IT initiatives.
  • System Integration & Scalability: Design and oversee seamless interoperability among ERP, CRM, CDP, and Data Warehouse systems through well-defined APIs and middleware.
  • System Integration & Scalability: Continuously evaluate system scalability, performance, and reliability to support business growth and evolving digital transformation needs.
  • Strategic Alignment & Roadmap: Translate the company's business strategy into a clear and actionable long-term technology roadmap.
  • Strategic Alignment & Roadmap: Guide decisions on system modernization, cloud adoption, and vendor selection to ensure future-ready and cost-effective architecture.
  • Compliance, Security & Data Governance: Ensure all architectures comply with cybersecurity, privacy, and regulatory frameworks through close coordination with IT Security and Data teams.
  • Collaboration & Leadership: Collaborate across IT managers for cohesive system design and mentor teams to build strong internal architecture capabilities.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Graduated from a reputable university (local or overseas) in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields, with strong exposure to international or regional technology environments.
  • 8–10 years of progressive IT experience, including at least 3-5 years in a managerial or enterprise architecture role within mid-to-large organizations. Candidates must demonstrate stability, with a minimum tenure of 3–5 years in at least one previous company.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead end-to-end enterprise architecture initiatives, including ERP/CRM integration, API & middleware deployment, and cloud migration.
  • Proven success in transforming IT operations from a traditional, fragmented setup into a structured, scalable, and data-driven enterprise system.
  • Hands-on experience in retail, manufacturing, or distribution industries preferred; exposure to multi-entity or multi-country IT environments is an advantage.
  • Experienced in designing IT governance frameworks, architecture roadmaps, and digital transformation strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Bilingual in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken fluency required).
