Responsibilities:

  • Develops and executes digital marketing strategies using funnel-based planning.
  • Leads and manages digital marketing and content production projects based on the marketing calendar.
  • Monitors campaign performance across digital channels and analyzes results using both qualitative and quantitative data.
  • Provides proactive, digital-based marketing solutions aligned with business needs.
  • Summarizes campaign outcomes and provides insights and recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing or Trade Marketing.
  • Proven leadership experience managing a team.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience in retail industries such as gadgets, fashion, or similar.
  • Professional proficiency in English (speaking, writing, and listening).
  • Willing to work 100% on-site from Erajaya Plaza, Bandengan Selatan, West Jakarta.
