Responsibilities:
- Develops and executes digital marketing strategies using funnel-based planning.
- Leads and manages digital marketing and content production projects based on the marketing calendar.
- Monitors campaign performance across digital channels and analyzes results using both qualitative and quantitative data.
- Provides proactive, digital-based marketing solutions aligned with business needs.
- Summarizes campaign outcomes and provides insights and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing or Trade Marketing.
- Proven leadership experience managing a team.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Experience in retail industries such as gadgets, fashion, or similar.
- Professional proficiency in English (speaking, writing, and listening).
- Willing to work 100% on-site from Erajaya Plaza, Bandengan Selatan, West Jakarta.
