Role Description
This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Finance, Tax, and Accounting Supervisor located in Surabaya. The Finance, Tax, and Accounting Supervisor will be responsible for preparing and reviewing financial statements, managing financial reporting and compliance, and overseeing tax planning and compliance. The role also includes supervising accounting activities and ensuring the accuracy of financial records. The Supervisor will collaborate with other departments to improve financial procedures and performance and provide analytical insights to support decision‑making processes.
Qualifications
- Financial Statements and Financial Reporting skills
- Analytical Skills and Finance experience
- Proficiency in Accounting Software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and lead a team
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; a Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA) is a plus
- Experience in the financial industry or similar role is preferred
