About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated Software Engineer with Golang experience based in Jakarta to join our team. The ideal candidates should have 2-3 years of experience in Golang development, with a strong background in designing APIs, working with RESTful services, and a passion for testing and automation. Previous experience in the financial sector and startup environment is desirable. Proficiency in English is required for effective communication with team members working outside of Indonesia.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality APIs and services using Golang
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and reliable software solutions
- Write clean, well-tested code following best practices and principles like TDD
- Implement various types of testing including unit tests, API testing, and load testing
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure the quality and performance of applications
- Automate testing processes and ensure code quality and reliability
- Pay meticulous attention to detail in code implementation and design
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in Golang development
- Strong expertise in designing APIs and working with RESTful services
- Previous experience writing unit tests, TDD, and automation
- Familiarity with various testing types including unit testing, API testing, and load testing
- Proficiency in English for clear communication within the team
- Previous experience in the financial sector and startup environment is a plus
- Willing to work from the office on a daily basis
