General Summary of Position

The Human Resources (Recruitment Manager) is responsible for leading and managing the recruitment function across the organization, ensuring that SM+ attracts, selects, and hires high-quality talent aligned with business objectives. This role oversees the full recruitment lifecycle, develops sourcing strategies closely with business leaders to support workforce planning. The position also contributes to employer branding initiatives and continuous improvement of recruitment processes.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for all levels, including managerial and specialized positions.
  • Partner with business leaders to forecast hiring needs, develop manpower plans, and provide strategic hiring recommendations.
  • Ensure high performance, timely delivery, and continuous skill development.
  • Oversee job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, assessment, and selection processes, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Develop and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions.
  • Oversee and review job offers, salary proposals, and employment contracts in coordination with HR and relevant stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with HR leadership on employer branding and talent attraction initiatives (e.g., university partnerships, social media campaigns, job fairs).
  • Track recruitment KPIs (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance rate, etc.) and prepare regular reports for management.
  • Ensure all recruitment and selection activities comply with company policies and relevant employment regulations.
  • Support broader HR initiatives, including onboarding, manpower planning, and process improvement projects.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the VP of HR.
Profile Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in a managerial or lead role.
  • Proven track record of managing full-cycle recruitment and delivering on hiring targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, assessment tools, and employer branding strategies.
  • HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, CCP) are an advantage.
  • Excellent leadership, people management, and coaching skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities, both written and verbal.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and HRIS or ATS systems.
  • Exceptional organizational, analytical, and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability.
