Key Responsibilities
- Lead full HR operations for both expatriate and local staff, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding
- Manage and coordinate work permit (RPTKA), KITAS, IMTA, and other immigration processes for foreign hires in accordance with Indonesian labor and immigration law
- Liaise with relevant parties to ensure compliance in all expatriate employment matters
- Experience in developing performance management system
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with local legal standards and global best practices
- Support employee engagement, retention strategies, and organizational development for a diverse team
- Provide expert guidance to leadership on HR issues, labor law compliance, and contract structuring
- Maintain and manage employee records, contracts, compensation structures, and benefits administration
- Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance culture across departments
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law, Business, or related field (Master's or HR certifications are a plus)
- Min. 5 years of progressive HR experience, ideally in a multicultural or international education setting
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations and expatriate employment procedures (e.g., RPTKA, KITAS, IMTA, reporting requirements)
- Experience working with international staff and navigating cross-cultural workplace dynamics
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
