Business Area Manager - Manufacturing Industrial/Instrumentation
Trust Recruit Indonesia is currently assisting our client from global manufacturer of precision instruments and services for use in laboratories, industrial manufacturing, and retail applications.
Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the overall operations and management of the Process Analytics division - take ownership for the formulation and direction of the division's growth strategy and implementation of projects and plans.
Effective management of the divisions P&L ensuring a profitable performance for the division, driven by an engaged team striving to meet the department’s key performance targets, sales targets and agreed key performance indicators.
Requirements- Degree preferably in Science, Engineering (Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering) or related field
- Master in Business Administration will be an advantage
- Able to develop and execute business strategies and plans
- Able to read & understand basic financial reports
- Sales experience in selling into Pharma, Chemical, F&B segments
- Knowledge on Control Instrumentation System (sensors, transmitters), Analytical instruments
- Knowledge on Data communication protocol (fieldbus, TCP/IP, Analog & Digital output signals)
- Minimum 10 years working experience in a Technical sales Environment with extensive supervision experience.
- Coaching and developing a Salesforce in attaining sales growth targets.
- Understanding of sales & distribution with sound project management skills
- Ability to travel extensively (within Indonesia)
- Strong interpersonal skills and influencing ability
- Valid driving license
- Proficiency in English language
