Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a High-Volume Content Designer & AI Prompt Specialist located in Surabaya. The individual in this role will be responsible for designing and managing content across various platforms, developing and implementing content strategies, conducting thorough research to support content creation, and utilizing AI tools to enhance content quality and efficiency. Additionally, the role involves regular communication with team members to ensure alignment with project objectives and deadlines.
Qualifications

- Experience in developing Content Strategies
- Research skills and the ability to gather and synthesize information
- Excellent Communication skills
- Design skills: Strong portfolio demonstrating the ability to produce cohesive, eye-catching content at scale. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Figma; strong grasp of typography, colour theory and layout.
- AI & prompt-engineering expertise: Experience with tools like Midjourney, DALL·E, Stable Diffusion or similar, and ability to create and refine prompts for consistent outputs. Adaptable to new AI technologies.
- Production mindset: Excellent time-management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Detail-oriented and patient with iterative approval cycles. Able to maintain quality across high volumes of output.
- Proficiency in AI tools and technologies is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Communications, Marketing, or Computer Science a related area
