- Managing end-to-end hiring processes in all store, from job postings and interviews to onboarding - training new employees.
- Managing employee data and documentation (employment agreements, contract, attendance, leave, etc.) and regularly updating the employee database.
- Assisting in the payroll process and benefits administration (Salary, BPJS Kesehatan & Ketenagakerjaan, Overtime, Incentive, THR, etc.).
- Handling employee complaints and workplace relationship issues, while maintaining effective communication between management and employees.
Requirements :
- Have S1 Bachelor Degree from any majors.
- Minimum 3+ years HR Operation experience, preferably retail, retail lifestyle/ fashion, F&B industry, with focus on recruitment, training, employee relations and administration .
- Having knowledge and willing to handle a whole process of HR administrative matters.
- Having knowledge of employment regulation and HR Best Practices.
- Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to handle multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Willing to travel or visit branches/outlets as needed.
