Responsibilities:
Establish and maintain trusted connections with customers, including knowing their wants and issues, as well as establishing how we can help them when market demands resolve.
Meet sales targets by visiting customers and providing them with product/technical solutions to their needs through estimates and proposals, as well as following up on customer quotations to ensure sales.
Serve as a technical resource for customers (if needed) in terms of product selection, installation methods, and operational suggestions as needed, and give proposals geared to improve their business operations, such as resolving all quality and service complaints and issuing reports.
Effectively work collaboratively with team member (Sales Support, Operation Logistic team, Purchasing team, and other functional groups) to develop and maintain materials, grow revenue and products.
Delivers field sales reports such as Sales Progress Achievement, Top 10th product/customers, etc.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Metallurgy, Project Management or a related field are preferred.
Minimum 2 years of sales experience and proven track record in driving sales revenue.
Having knowledge of the Refractory/Semiconductor/Oil & Gas/Petrochemical industries.
Having strong desire to work with and improve sales productivity, performance, and satisfaction.
Proven track record of building effective relationships with customer/principle/sales team.
Excellent consultation, negotiating, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Advanced / intermediate English skills is required.
Willing to travel between cities in Indonesia.
