About the role

In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and effective management of our freight forwarding operations, ensuring seamless logistics and transportation services for our clients.

What you'll be doing

Handling and checking export import documents

Handling and checking Invoice, B/L, PIB/PEB, SPBB, COO, INV, PL, BC 2.3

Monitoring partner agent

Communication with customers and partner agent

Creating invoice for customers

Create daily, weekly and monthly report

What we're looking for

Years Old

Bachelor's degree

Experience in import-export - Manufacture field is preferred

Proficiency in English language and/or Mandarin language (prioritized)

Good personality and communication skills

Good teamwork and interpersonal skills

Energetic, enthusiastic, and having high initiative

Adaptable and quick learner, Able to work fast

Can join immediately

Understand about exim document (Invoice, B/L, PIB/PEB, SPBB, COO, INV, PL, BC 2.3)

Willing to be disturbed outside office hours

Able to work within tight deadlines

Able to work with teams and individuals
